When looking to purchase, licence or resell new technology,
a key concern for European companies is the ability of the vendor
to provide local (in time-zone) pre and post sales technical
support.
During the first few months of our assignment, it may be sufficient
to provide engineering support from the US, flying an engineer
to Europe for specific qualified opportunities. As customer
activity increases, GlobalXtend is frequently asked to contract
a dedicated sales engineer providing the key in-territory and
in-time-zone support services highlighted above.
Engineering Services
Through a team of affiliate personnel, GlobalXtend have the
ability to provide additional engineering skills that you may
wish to call upon as a complement to your own core engineering
resources. For example, platform porting or product customisation
and integration services can often distract precious engineering
resource from core technology/product development.
